​​Your shipping charge will be calculated based on the weight of your parcel and charged according to the priority mail charges of the South African Post Office. Or with a courier company in the main line areas (faster, delivered to your doorstep, and saving you costly fuel!) and charged accordingly.​

sells exclusively on the internet and does not allow customer pick-ups, sorry even if you are local.

50% deposit is required at time of order.​
No refunds are given since production starts immediately. ​
Custom Orders are non–returnable. If you return them anyway, you will be charged a 50% restocking fee…..no exceptions.
No claims will be recognize unless made within 7 days of delivery.
Unless prior arrangements have been made custom made products will be sold to defer costs after three months.
Bead Décor Interiors is exclusively an online store and has no customer viewing , receiving or pickup facilities, all deliveries are by a courier service or via the south African Post Office Service, even if you live around the corner your order will be delivered to you, no exceptions.
