Shipping & Deliveries

 

South African Clients:

Your order will be shipping from Hatfield, Pretoria, South Africa

Most ready made orders ship within 3-6 business days.

Please foresee an added 1- 5 business days for transit depending on your location.

Your shipping charge will be calculated based on the weight of your parcel and charged according to the priority mail charges of the South African Postal Service.

A Courier service in the main line areas, Air-Mail or Expedited shipping is available and must be requested and will be charged accordingly

 

It is of vital importance that I have your correct shipping address.

Hummingbird Beaded Décor sells exclusively on the internet I do not allow customer pick-ups or drop offs, sorry not even if you are local.

 

International Clients:

Please add the items you wish to have into your shopping cart, copy and paste the list from the ‘View Shopping Cart’ in an email, please remember to include your shipping address and contact number. I shall email you back with a shipping quote.

Air-Mail or Expedited shipping is available and must be requested

All international invoices and payments are be made through PayPal

You will receive an updated invoice reflecting the add-on charges, once shipping fees have been paid, a tracking number for your package will be emailed to you.

No claims will be recognized unless made within 5 days of delivery.

Your information can be updated via email and Hummingbird Beaded Décor cannot be held liable for any inaccurate and/or absolete information.

Hummingbird Beaded Décor sells exclusively on the internet.

I do not have a show room I have neither have the space, time or wish to have one.

I do not have a price list as the price range is so vast  and there is not enough space to list it.

I do not have a printed catalogue. If there is a curtain you would like that is not on my website mail me a photo and I’ll design your beaded dream for you.

I do not allow customer pick-ups or drop-offs, there are no exceptions. Sorry even if you are local.

Unless prior arrangements are made, orders not claimed or paid for within 3 months will be sold to defray cost.

 

Returns & Damages

 

Custom Orders

Custom orders are not refundable or returnable.

You will be charged a restocking fee of 50%, if you do return them anyway.

Unless arreangements are made 'Custom Made' orders will be sold to defray costs after 4 Months

 

Damaged Orders

If your item is damaged in transit to you, please keep all packaging materials including the box.

Notify me within 5 days by email with the words ‘Damaged’ as your header/subject.

You have 10 days to return your item.

Shipping charges are not refundable and are not deductible either.

Please notify me by email for a return authorization number, no refunds will be honoured for returns after 14 days.

Please return your item in the same manner they were shipped to you.
